Hello Bladers! Welcome back to another blade-day breakdown, today we'll be talking about the SCORPIO SHOWDOWN!

Another exhilarating day in the Forge for the WMB! Our biggest turn out yet and some of the most intense battles I've seen in a hot minute. A lot of returning faces as well as some newcomers including our first player from outside the Midlands, Devilish!

Everyone brought their A game for some of the most exciting matches the WMB has seen for a while, newcomer GAMINGSHINOBI had everyone on edge and for good reason as they were the only player to win every match in the preliminary rounds and fellow newcomer Devilish was a close second winning 4 of 5 preliminary matches.

Going into the finals we saw some absolutely nail biting matches including resident "Queen of not practicing" NADPlus winning all 3 of her finals matches to take the top spot, Android J proving why he's 2nd on the leaderboard by taking J4C0B.EXE out of the running with a match that was decided by a light tap sending a bey into the extreme zone and then beating GAMINGSHINOBI in the second round of the finals.

Thanks to everyone who came out for this tournament and a big thanks to Waylands forge for hosting us once again!

It was a great showing from everyone and hopefully we'll see that fire again in the next event!
